We bring more than 10 years of project management experience to complete bathroom renovations, bathroom remodels, and new bathroom installations across the Cape Winelands. The focus remains on solid waterproofing, correct plumbing, and durable finishes suited to the area’s residential and estate properties.

Franschhoek homes range from established town residences to larger wine-estate and farm-style properties. Bathrooms benefit from thorough waterproofing, practical layouts for daily use, good ventilation, and finishes that are easy to maintain. Our process stays clear and adaptable so the work matches the actual size and goals of your project—whether a full bathroom remodel or a more focused bathroom renovation.

Core Elements of a Franschhoek Bathroom Renovation or Remodel

Every bathroom project includes the stages that protect long-term performance:

• Demolition and careful removal of old fittings, tiles, and fixtures
• Plumbing installation for baths, toilets, basins, taps, and showers
• Waterproofing of showers and wet zones
• Structural and surface preparation, including new shower floors where required
• Ceiling work such as cornice replacement when tiling to the ceiling, plus painting with a waterproof undercoat

Glass, electrical, and tiling can be coordinated through reliable, cost-effective installers, or we can manage the complete project for a small additional fee. This provides a single point of contact. Many clients select their own sanitaryware, tiles, and fittings (including through department stores) and need only professional installation; others prefer guidance on layout and durable products. Site visits, advice, and quotations are free.
